  • Sat/Sun in the Arena/Treptow: Japanese Christmas Market, not so clear if it is part of the Winterdorf they also have at the Arena

        • Winter World in Potsdamer Platz: All week long (except this week on Sunday, due to the Totensonntag) 

        • Another early Christmas event: the Christmas Garden in the Botanical Gardens. Quite an entry fee, but seems amazing: light shows, skating rink and more. 

        • Sat/Sun : small Christmas bazaar in the Finland Cultural Institute (Schleiermacherstraße 24a 10961 Berlin-Kreuzberg , U Gneisenaustr)
        •  Markt der Kontinente, the Market of the Continents : The Ethnological Museum in Dahlem offers visits to each continent during the next four weeks, starting with Europe, at the weekend. 
        • Sunday, fairy tales in the Oekowerk and also a small Christmas Market there (details

        • Totensonntag on Sunday; Flea markets are closed. In Markthalle IX, the organisers understood that different cultures commemorate the Sunday of the Dead differently, for example the Mexican and their Dia de los Muertos. So, there is a Mexican breakfast market for Dia de los Muertos, in Markthalle IX, on Sunday 10:00 - 5:00

        • Dueppel Museum start their activity at 2pm and the parade at 3:30 
        • Domaene Dahlem have a Saturday with a textile market, and at 5:30, with a lantern parade

        Weekend Events for the Whole Family in Berlin, Nov 4th - 6th

        Winter World in Potsdamer Platz

        This weekend will see the opening of the first winter fair (not Christmas Market, because those are opening only after Totensonntag!). 

        Winter World in Potsdamer Platz features many winter-sports related rides (e.g. snow slope, ice skating rink - for free if you bring the shoes! - and much more). It also features lots of decorations that are very typical of Christm... sorry of "The Season" and food that is related to the holiday that dares not be mentioned.
